Campground area

Cabins.

The northern part of our peninsula is occupied by a campground and café with a large games room. The total size of this area is around 2 acres. This part can be severed later from the cottage resort – but for the current sale we keep it together.

The open floor plan and the high ceiling (about 12 feet) provide unlimited opportunities for the game hall’s usage as a recreational area, including table games, fitness or dance lessons, weddings or “weather protected” parties.

 Best spot on the lake.

The cabin resort occupies the best spot on the Golden lake, such prime land is really hard to find in Ontario. The water surrounds the cabin resort on 3 sides and offers some spectacular views of the sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful Golden Lake. 2 further acres of waterfront property provide an opportunity to place additional small cabins, or perhaps build the new owner’s dream house.
